Sam Dixon Graham
Owner and Managing Director
Sam is the Owner and Operator of Black Bear Shooting Complex.
Sam is a shooting enthusiast and enjoys teaching and discussing long range shooting. , One of his greatest joys is sharing his passion for shooting with the members and guests of Black Bear Shooting Club.
Chuck Ritter
Operations Leader & Instructor
Chuck is a retired Navy SEAL who served multiple combat deployments as a Sniper/Reconnaissance member and Team Leader. He ran Naval Special Warfare Sniper School, training the next generation of snipers in the skills and mindset required for precision engagement under pressure.
Chuck handles day to day operations and upkeep of BBSC and offers training to both BBSC members and guests. He is a certified NRA Instructor and is available for both group and private lessons.
Major Land Sniper Cup Team
The Major Land Sniper Cup started in 2022 and has been a big success, both in raising money for the Scout Sniper Association and also honoring the Legacy of Major Jim Land through spirited competition. The team that runs the Major Land is small but mighty. To keep costs low and maximize money raised, the BBSC team recruits lots of volunteers to help out in a Range Safety Officer and Administrative capacity.
